Justin Grace

 

Managing Director

 

Justin began his career as a Management Accountant working for a small SME in Shropshire, rising through the business to become FD at the age of 28.

 

In July 1999, following his company’s acquisition by a Norwegian business, Justin was asked to relocate to Northern Italy to help turn around a poorly performing production operation. On leaving 3 ½ years later the operation had won production facility of the year for financial and operational performance. On returning to the UK, Justin joined an operating division of a multi $ billion turnover US corporate, joining as FD. Two years later he was promoted to Managing Director for UK & Ireland.

 

Justin’s last corporate position was Managing Director Northern Europe following further promotion. This included substantial P&L and operational responsibility for an area covering the UK, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Poland, as well as being a member of the Executive Management team in Paris.

 

Justin currently uses the skills he has acquired over the years to help businesses transform and flourish. He has launched a private advisory group for the Academy for Chief Executives, now part of Vistage UK, and is working on a number of assignments including developing and implementing strategic planning and working to improve and develop sales team skills and performances, with measurable results. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and is a Global Management Accountant.

Simon Faulkner

 

Associate Director

 

Simon has worked in a wide range of manufacturing industries; following undergraduate training with Raleigh he joined Castrol becoming engineering manager of the largest facility in the business. He then joined a major packaging business taking the role of Operations Manager running a four line can plant and then running the NPD and environmental issues for the business in the UK.  During this time he worked with all of the brewers in the UK on widget development and supply. He has additionally held Operations Director roles in an aluminium remelt facility and a major supplier of paper table top disposables (napkins, plates, cups and table covers).

 

Over the last 15 years working as a consultant he has led a diverse portfolio of international assignments from engineering to culture change projects. Simon enjoys working with teams in operational areas helping them drive out waste and deliver sustainable performance improvement with step changes in in-house capability.
